Good idea! Crappy photo... ???

Are you gonna produce them? Without holes?  RR

I had to make it then drill it so holes are optional. i was going for a ducati clutch cover look. the original was so pitted that painting it wouldn't help. i may make a starter cover also.

I like carbon fiber and I like it on newer sport bikes.  CF look good on old Hondas, too.

I just used it to be different. Plus we all know that sometomes parts are too pitted to just paint them. here are some other pics of carbon projects.

Stuff looks really good. I've looked in to carbon fiber before. Is it easy to use?

the stator cover was molded, but the points cover was covered to keep it water tight, and protect it from overtightening.

don't forget its lighter too. acually every bike i seem to get has a dented points cover.; $48 for a new one or about $4 to skin it. if it were my bike i would buy one, but this 750 is for sale. i'm a teacher by day and bike builder by night (because teacher pay sucks). this will be my 14th cafe racer. i call it mine because i build them for myself but my wife won't let me keep them all.

A little update on the motor parts. i made a starter cover and ground off the "honda" on the stator cover to make it smooth.
