Well done Tintop, I look forward to seeing you out there. I hope your new place has extra space.  ;D

Work space is one of the issues still being resolved. ::)  That said, I couldn't let this go by, after all the months of searching.  I must say that I already feel a part of the family, given the help & encouragement from VRRA members.  Doubtful I'll have anywhere near your successful debut season, but I'm sure going to give it a try. ;)

1st race will be Shannonville in June, right after the school.  At least it's on the Nelson Track which I've run in Solo 1, so I know were the corners are.  That said, there's getting it prep'd, and just as importantly, finding a monkey.  Preferably one with experience.  Wonder what Sam's doing?? ;) :) :)

Don't try make a CB450/500 a 750... that head design is from the early 60's with valve angles soo steep you ski off them...

Find something else and keep your sanity.
220...221, whatever it takes.

Well there's video proof you know monkey business Sam. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D   Just thought that white suit might give an 'unfair advantage'. ;)

The rig comes with a 'built' XS650 KOS (Web cam, ported etc).  It was prepared by Pro6 in Toronto, and I'm told was very strong.  I'll rebuild it, and use it as my novice motor.  There's also comes with a 2nd bottom end with tranny. that I can build as a 'big fin' 750.  The way the class rules (P2 sidecar) are written, they have basically made it impossible for a Honda twin to be competitive (no multi's allowed :().  If I want to run a Honda later, my choices are P3 with a CB900F (and modified chassis), or a full blown F2 with a CBR600RR on slicks.  Not sure which way I would go, but likely F2.

This is a learning year, and the rig was a podium finisher previously.  Until I (& my passenger) can reach the podium with bwaller's consistency, I'll just look for more power later in the season. ;) :)
