CB750A Calipers
« on: September 20, 2011, 12:28:47 PM »
According to the info I have the front caliper from the 1976 CB750A is the same as that fitted to the K7, K8 and F1 models. However the part number for the 1977 CB750A is different, but it looks the same. So the question is are they the same or not. Anyone know?

Thanks
Eric

Don't know Eric.
It maybe that the  part # was changed for each model which manufacturers are famous for doing.
Possibly there could be some insignificant difference which would be neither here nor there for the application.

Perchance that might be the 1977 one that DK had on offer. Anyway I think Mick is probably right in that honda in their infinite wisdom chose to change the part number on a whim, because they could.

check if the early F and A have 1.5 inch dia pistons... the K7 & K8 are bigger..

Still should be OK for dual disc..
