Mark, thanks. I think part of the problem is the part number has been superceeded into the ORIng you mention. So ordering the old number hits a wall. If its the oil pump ORing I've got a bunch of those new, so I'll double check.
As to the lifter. Primarily the part with the balls, that would be great. Assuming its lower mileage. Mine is so old the balls actually are a little rough on the surface, and don't move smoothly in the retainer. It would probably still work OK, but I'm looking for something better. The cam insert in the cover seems to have a little more wear than the cam part that's closest to the inside. I can live with mine, but better ones would be nice.
No hurry. Mines back together for now, its easy to swap out later.
