Ya, I'm going to get my pods, carb kits, and hopefully my rear fender and rectifier. Once I get all of those on and situated I'll change my oil and take off my oil pan and take a picture. I'm hoping the screw just broke into the sump.

I don't think I would worry too much about it. A tip about how to figure which bolt goes in which hole: hold the part you are bolting into place, and slide the bolts in. The distance they stick out should be roughly the same.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

Well I finally got to the point where I can mess with this problem. I took the oil pan off today and felt around inside the oil galley and felt a lose piece of engine casing. Apparently I had used a bolt that was to long and punctured through into the oil galley. This was what I was hoping for and shouldn't be too difficult to fix. If I need to plug up this screw hole what should I use? I was thinking of using JB weld and just trying to squirt it way back into the screw hole then using a shorter screw. Any other ideas? Should I squirt from oil galley side or sprocket cover side?

Heres some pictures of the damage. The tiny piece of engine casing is what broke off. It was very hard to get a picture inside my oil galley since I don't have a stand but I managed!

Lastly, Im planning on getting new bolts for sprocket cover, stator cover, breather cover, and vavlve cover. Where can I find out what sizes I need for these?

Hey Mike, I would simply glue the piece back in place, without filling the hole. Clean with brake cleaner and a wire brush (and I mean clean the s*** out of it! Get the oil flushed out of the pores of the metal!!!) Use the original JB weld, not the quick stuff, and let it set up for a least 24 hours before screwing in a bolt, to make sure you don't glue the bolt in.

I have some super strong guerilla gluie (super glue) but Im guessing that would melt? It holds anything together and I trust it but Im guessing JB weld is the way to go?

JB weld, with proper cleaning, and used properly, has never failed me! :)

Don't use super glue, don't use gorilla glue. JB Weld is definitely the way to go.
