thanks a lot guys...

i have to deal with a little problem with my chain tensioner bolt that snapped inside the carter the day before the H4F meeting...

of course it snapped while i was unscrewing it so now the chain have a lot of slack and rattle like hell >:( >:( >:(

i hope i can take it out using some reverse conical tapping tool :'(

Don't drive it too much or the chain can snap(happened to me on a 350 twin)...Larry

Hi, I'm new to sohc4.net. Really enjoying your build! Your polishing skills are amazing!

I am working on two of these 400/4's at the moment.
Could I please ask where you bought your rims? There are 2 sellers on ebay selling 'borrani' or 'akront' replicas. One seller in Italy and one in USA. Did you buy from either of those?
Did they lace with the front hub ok? I am worried the drilled holes on the rims may be wrong.

All the best - will keep watching your progress.

By the way - I bought this product and it seems to work well for putting a protective seal on polished alloy. Easy to apply too.

i know unfortunately >:( i'll swap the whole motor asap...

I'm pretty jealous of the weather!! Definitely winter here and not riding weather.
