Thats a nice plug there Brandon, Frank should make these available to the forum, bet he would sell a few. Could they be made with a more rounded end with an allen key fitting in the centre..?   Just a thought.... ;)

Cases together! Went together without a hitch except I went a little thick with the Three Bond. Now I just need some expensive stuff to finish the engine.

Looking good, brandEn!  Cometic base and head gaskets and Gaskacinch, hmm, wish I had read that a couple months ago!  I might be chasing some oil leaks soon.

Nice work Frank!
So, it stops the pesky oiler from dirty up the bike, what kind of maintenance will the chain need and how often as a result?

Nice build up!

Lookin' good! Can't wait until I get to tear into my engine. Just started teardown on the bike.

On an aside, do you work at Boeing? I'm an A&P down here in Texas, working on the little stuff haha.

I am an A&P for an airline here in Seattle. I have never worked for Boeing but work with many that have.

Now get a build thread going so we can see what ya got going for a teardown.

So you're an A&P? That explains the meticulous work and the attention to detail. I'm a pilot. Currently on a 737. Love you guys. Keep up the good work, in the hangar and your garage.

Yes, I am an A&P mechanic (Airframe and Powerplant for those wondering) for a major airline here in Seattle. I work exclusively on 737 aircraft. Thanks!

I just took a quick tour of your build.  Great stuff!  I will be watching this one.  Never flew the 737 but I have about 5500 hours in the 767.

Picked up my frame and and some other pieces from powdercoating today. Everything turned out real nice. I also received my Hagon shocks. Couple other things I got got accomplished the last few days is I ordered a new seat from Ricky Racer at Classic Cycle City and I modified my galley plug to accept a pressure guage.

TAO lost its spot on the lift.

Started putting a few things on today. Some just for a mock up. Polished a few bolts. Rebuilt my speedo drive and polished. Polished the caliper brackets. I had the one caliper I already had powdercoated and just picked up another and need to get that taken care of.

I need the part numbers for the two speedo drive seals. Anyone know where I can find them?
