TT, I'm playing catch up and just read all 23 pages of this project. Very ,very nice.
I have one of these animals in the shop right now , and I can see that anyone who comes in contact with them does everything twice, if you're lucky. I've been having some of the same fun.
I've been trying to track down a wiring diagram and source a generator cover screw with no luck yet, you've been there, do you know where I might find these two  items?
The crash bars that you were looking for was on ebay last week. I have them on this bike, looks cool but is a really chimpy set up, each end of the bottom ends of these crash bars are bolted into the oil pump with 2 6mm bolts....really chimpy... and I can't see it doing any favors to the oil pump either even if it never gets dropped.
This bike also has the hard boxes like the one you pictured in an earlier post, and book rack with a tiny butt rest ( Too small and low for a back rest). This one is black but your white is just special, I'm sure it takes time to get on it and drive off, with all the folks that want to talk to you about it. Nice job on that bike, it made 23 pages go quickly , and there was no shortage of pics. Thanks for sharing.

I have some manuals for the C77 and probably can find a wiring diagram in it.  I'll have a look and try to post for you.

As far a screws for the cover go, try sourcing a regular metric at a hardware supply....oh yes, you guys are still on the British system so that might make it harder to find. ::)

Thank you for the compliments.

I usually replace case screws but the generator cover screws are NLA. They are an odd size just like the points cover screws. You could try to source some like mentioned.

I sold the Dream earlier this month so I have many parts left over. Points, point plate, working starter, new OEM starter chain, brake shoes and Lord knows what else. I plan on a flea bay marathon down the road. Let me know if you are looking for anything.

Thank you hondanutrider, I found the wiring diagram that you sent ...It's nice and big, did the trick.
Still on the look out for the cover screw that I mangled , never know one may show up on ebay or something.
TT  I sent the starter out for rebuild this week, I don't know if they were successful yet, if it comes back in pieces I'll PM you and see if you still have that extra one.
                                                  Thanks again.

How she doing, John?

A little better each day. We move around doing just a few errands then the next day is off. Won't let her do much but catch her pushing it.

Thanks Steve.
