Had to make my own brackets etc but that's the fun part.

It makes the bike look so much better without it. I know of a company that will be producing smaller fenders for our exact swaps soon.
Interested in the aftermarket fender. Can you leak any additional info?
Quote from: CB750 Cafe Racer Fan on September 05, 2014, 09:34:17 AMInterested in the aftermarket fender. Can you leak any additional info? Not yet. I am hoping for something that retains the fork tube protection like the GSXR fender but is a lot smaller. I'd pay for this front fender http://www.bikeexif.com/suzuki-bandit
Given the level of finish on the bike, and the designer involved, I doubt it's a trimmed down GSXR fender. Probably an autoclaved carbon fiber custom piece! Then again, maybe they just took a Dremel to a stock fender. It looks nice!

I have a spare hotbodies gsxr race front fender that I am going to take a variable speed right angle grinder too. Ill report back with pictures of a nice piece or an abomination.
Any measurements on the rear axle spacers? I have a DOHC model but just wanted to get an idea. I have the same CBR rim with a 160 tire.

I have the same CBR rim with a 160 tire. These are the custom spacers I had made. Right rear spacer left rear spacerDO NOT MATCH THESE SPACER SIZES if you are doing the "same" swap as me. Yes I used a '96 CBR600F3 rear rim but It has a 170 mm tire which is larger than the stock 160 mm. The rear swing arm (which i used a cb550 swinger) was widened with the use of a high temp blow torch and the expertise of someone who has been doing metal fabrication for 30 years.
