That Little Green Wire under the Tank
« on: August 25, 2006, 07:41:48 PM »
I had the tank off my '78 cb750k today and noticed an unconnected green wire strapped to the frame with the main harness.  It had a female lead attached to it and there was no male lead in the vicinity to attach it to.  Green usually means ground but am wondering if anyone knows what this is for? I couldn't find it in the wiring diagram.  THanks,

I have spare wires hanging off all over my K8. (NOT)

Sounds like the one up front by the horn area. "leave it alone" spare.
