I wouldn't pay 50k, let alone 150k.  Shipping would run into the tens of thousands.  No paperwork is a hassle, in texas itll cost you 400 bucks to get a bonded title.  Don't see how there's any money to be made, even considering I'm soon to be retired, so my labor is free.

150K is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!
Most of those are only to be stripped and E-BAYED for parts. If you think your time isn't worth anything then you may make some cash back. If you think your strip down and label and photo is only worth 10$ an hour, you might make SOME money
Without titles ALL of them are only worth about 100$ each and I don't see 1500 M/Cs.

there are maybe 5 bikes in there worth saving at all (2 cb750s, the copper 73 h2, and 2 superhawks). Other than that the rest is garbage mostly fit for scrap.

I disagree.
That owner has taken care not to just pile bikes on top of each other causing damage to the bikes. Very good!
Also I would NOT part them out. I would sell them as a complete bike.
They are worth more for restoration.
Otherwise you would just end up with a pile of frames, turn signals, and swing arms.
To get a value I would need to know how many bikes there are total and write down the condition of each one.

most if not all look to have been stored outside. I'm betting very few of them aren't seized up.

Stored outside...? Not good at all! Frames, engines, chrome corroded, need plenty of new parts. Corroded valve seats  to  be replaced will cost.
Different if there were several sandcast CB750's with registration papers.

My bike do not want any corroded sunburst parts!
