Welcome to SOHC4.net izzyryder!
Agreed, good choice, and looks to be in really nice condition. I have a few of these 75 750F models... I love this bike.
As Don R said, from the picture it does look like the headers are stock, but the muffler is not.
That muffler is most likely a MAC - available on DennisKirk:

http://www.motorera.com/honda/h0750/sport/sport.htm ... that said, there was a design flaw with the original muffler where you can scrape it on hard right hand leans angles. Now I've never done it, but I heard a few reports of this happening.
Regarding the battery overflow tube (or any of those overflow hoses that just fit between the engine and swingarm) - you can sometimes get better access with your hands (and eyes) if you remove the lower air filter box. You have to do that when you change the air filter, and it's probably a good idea to take a look at that anyway since you just bought it.
Unbolting the battery box is more hassle than would think. There are a lot of electronics bolted to the side of it, and an oil breather/separator connected beneath it... it's a lot of work to remove all that stuff.
Good luck with the front-end restoration!
If you have any "what should x look like questions" let me know, I have two stock ones that I'm pretty familiar with or can quickly take a look at if I don't know.
