I've got products to buy from kibblewhite, APE, buchanans, and DCC, but don't see any sales! Anyone else notice this?

Merchants make money on quantity sales during these times.
I dont see crazy lines for bike repair/restoration items 
save money (free shipping) by buying it all at once through one vendor and call it good.

+1  ya I agree with him ^....also I think is a marketing gimmick to get sheeple to run out and scoop up a ton of #$%* they dont really even need.

I think those guys just keep it realistic, same thing all the time.

I usually wait to buy things until this time of year for sales.. :/

Sales are just for $h!t you don't really need!    If you really need it, there ain't no reason to try to make it seem like a good deal.
