Bump! This great thread was getting lost in the background, so I thought it would be good to take it back where it can get some more attention.

JohnK6 has given to this forum more information in less than 50 posts than I with more than one thousand!!!!!

thanks for the bump ;D, yesterday I had to make overtime at work, when i got home i was buzzy with reading all the forums here, (damned what a information stands here  8)), and i was to tired to make a few postings on the thread :)

now I'm looking at OCC on discovery  8), i like that program,(I hate btw how they're putting in bearings, use a big plastic hammer and hammer it down  :-\ (I want to build a real caferacer out of a CB 750 four, with mono shock, upside down fork and a 822 cc borekit(the borekit is laying here for over a year at a shelf ;D))

the 822 kit is a bored original cylinder and for the pistons I'm using original pistons from a CB 900 bol d'or, that way it's a lot cheaper than a 836 wiseco kit  ;D, i will need to do someting on the head (pistons are a little bit higher than the original piston from a CB four) i can't do that myself,  but i know a man who can do it ;D

when i started with this bike, and got it fired up, the main fuse went out, replaced it and after a few minutes it went out again, same #$%* happend when i turned the headlight on, i measured the wire harness out, and tackled a few problems, but it still wasn't O.K, original cable harness was to expensive so i decided that i make my own new cable harness ;D

and

all electrical out  ;D

the #$%*ty looking electrical harness

luckily making a new electrical harness, doesn't mean you have to do it in the garage so i went inside my apartment (nicely warmed ;D), and a great working coffee-machine  ;)

materials which will be used

a whole lot of collars  :P, butt i used mainly a big cable (stripped it off and so i got a lot of small cable's )witch is mainly black with on every cable a number (this one is numbered from 1 to 20)

made a big copy from the manual, notebook and pen needed to tell myself later wich number cable went were  :D

What did you tape it with?  I may be stripping my bike down and might want to re-wrap my harness.

:o  My jaw literally dropped when I saw this thread.  This is simply amazing.  I bought a $150 US 750 K4 earlier this year that is being cafe'd.  Your posts are going to help me out big time when I get to putting it back together.  Nice work, very nice work on the harness as well.
