Thank you. Now I have to work on it, instead of just sourcing parts and getting distracted with the 550 mods.

Still waiting on my custom triples fron Cognitomoto and word on wheels.

Right now I have the Truck Lite and the stock housing. I'll have to poke around more. Now wheels will be the focal point.

Was finally organizing parts including electronics and the engine. I stared and marveled at Mike Rieck's Stage IV masterpiece, Wiseco kit, HD studs, tensioners, chains, back cut trans, CX-7 cam. This sucka means business.

Well, Kevin, you know how these builds have a life of their own.

Frankly, I have been more enthusiastic about my 650 engine in a 550 frame build.  I just finished the engine! 

Both builds are waiting on frame fab, but I am planning to focus from here on the 650/550 build before going back to this one.

Quick question.
what are the advantages of having the 50mm offset? handling or tank clearance?
I've just fitted a cbr1000rr front end on my 750 build, and was going to wait and try the standard rr triples first, as the wheel sizes and fork lengths are both different from the sohc set up!
