750 supersport cam

Will a stock cam from a 75 750K work in a 75 750 supersport. I believe they were cammed higher.

Yeah, it'll work, just not as good.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

What's wrong with your cam?
1975 CB750F
4-4, Dyna S and box
5 ohm coils / 5k ohm caps
In- .05 / Ex- .08

When working hard to replace the cam, why not something that make a difference? Like webcam 41 or similar.... adjustable sprocket is needed too. You can file the holes in existing sprocket.
