As long as Italy are knocked out i'm happy....

I take offense to that Mate!  [I'm Italian]

I was going to add that  with either a better score or a big stick, either way i'm happy.... ;D ;)

Nothing personal of course.... ;)

I have seen two fabulous crosses one by Rooney and then last night by CR7.  The U S has 4 points and will move forward and had you told me thats where we would be at the start I would have been ecstatic.  I cheer for the USA until they lose then I cheer for the Germans.  Does anybody in the world know soccer better than Roberto Martinez?  Its why I am an Everton fan.

A bunch of things shoulda happened, but for both Germany and the US to secure spots in the knockout round, their match on Thursday needs to end in a draw.  ::)  If either team loses, they're out.
Hmmmmmm ::)
I'll predict a draw, and its on to either Russia or...ALGERIA!  They impressed me most this weekend!
Those guys played a solid '90!

Yeah, you're right. ;D
if Germany loses to the US  ::) they (GER) can still go through in 2nd with GD.
If the US loses, we need some help from the POR Ghana match...
A draw puts both at 5 points and out in front no questions.

FIFA is an organization that is holding the next two world cups in Qatar and Russia, I wouldn't bet on anything happening.

It will be very interesting to see how FIFA punishes this guy. Whether only an international ban, or whether they can effect a league-level punishment to cover his club play. It needs to be at least 25 games at both levels. Perhaps even a lifetime FIFA ban, but leagues can do what they please.

I'd love to see Liverpool cancel his contract and reclaim financial damages from him. Maybe, that would straighten this clown out. What a waste! Tremendous talent, sociopathic behavior.

Four months ban from all football.

Probably seen the last of him in Liverpool.

Maybe it is for the best to let him go.
