"Good" fork seals?
« on: July 25, 2014, 07:03:40 AM »
Any preferred fork seals for a 750K3?
Any that should be avoided?

With all the variability in quality of replacement parts these days I figured I should ask before making a mess...

I'd agree with that. IF you want to enter the controversial zones, the brand "Leak-Proof" (Google it) has never failed me, but sure has failed others.

Here's one distributor:http://www.thunderproducts.com/Leakproofforkseals.htm

OEM is hard to beat, Hondaman did talk about seals that were slightly thinner than stock could help if you can find them.
I also heard someone talking about SKF seals being pretty good if they are sized for our forks.
