Do the nonos have chambers or straight through? I've been considering that option too after reading around here. Many seem to love the 300s for an agressive street 836...
They are straight through. Tried to get it in this pic, but hard to capture.

Not sure if these are what you wanted. If not let me know

Got my replacement oil pump rebuilt. New oil stopper seal/spring, new shaft seal, new case o-rings, new gasket. Clearances checked .16mm between rotors and nearly same between rotor/body. So I can rest easy now. This is what rotors looked like in my pump that i replaced. No wonder it didn't feel smooth

Now all good to go...

No real big updates, just waiting for a couple brackets, front brake caliper to show up so I can get powder coated then start assembly.

I needed some exhaust spigots, and found these made out of stainless steel. Cheaper than original replacements and no rust worries

I got them from a seller on ebay. Contacted him before buying, said he was going to try and gauge interest and make more if there was a need. They look great, but unfortunately the dimensions are just a bit off. The length from the bottom of flange to end of spigot that presses against gasket is about 2.5-3mm too short, so it will for sure have an exhaust leak. Also the diameter where pipe slides on is just a bit off as well. I contacted him about this and waiting for a reply back. We'll see what happens.

Seller refunded my money, said he is going to work on another set based off measurements I gave him. Stand up guy.

You might want to tell him also that there are others interested.  Maybe he should join the forum and put an ad in the classified section.

Yeah I told him about the forum. Said he wants to get it right first, but I told him there is definitely an interest.

That's gorgeous!
Did you paint that or use something like Mother's Back to Black?

Tried back to black, wasn't working so well cause the surface wasn't worn evenly, so there were dark spots. Ended up painting with rust-oleum black plastic paint, used plastic "adhesion promoter" spray after prep and just befor paint.

So It wont come out and now is deformed after many attempts and different methods. seems to be rusted solidly in there. I'm done. Off to ebay to find a reproduction body.

There are 2 ways to get it out.  What worked for me was a screw into insert and pulling it out.  The other that I have read about is cutting a nail with a flat head down to length so you can insert from within the caliper and then pull it out.  I would also try some heat - just enough so you need to use a glove to hold it as the aluminum will expand quicker than the steel insert.

Thanks man, I tried all those, including heat, PB blaster, letting cool, heat again. It was so stuck/corroded in there. Its deformed now, so I'm going to try and find another insert (good luck) and if not, just buy a repro caliper. I want to get on with my project.

Moved on from the caliper to other things today. I got front forks all done. I emailed progressive about using the spacers with their spring kit, and I think I got it figured out. I guess the final adjustment will be made after first few rides, but Here is what I have for now. I set fork oil level at 175mm. I put springs in, washer on top of spring, then cut the PVC spacer to 20mm. I'm about 175 pounds.

It's weird that everything brake related that can go wrong, has. Finally something right. While I'm still trying to repair front caliper, I got this done. Was going to paint, but decided to polish to match my forks. New o rings, polished pin too. Moves so smooth!

Cool. What size o-rings are you using? IIRC these were NLA and the next size up was too big. I ended up getting Acura Fuel Injector o-rings from a Japanese seller for this. They are the exact same size as OE.
