What size are the jets?
What is the ID of the intake tube runner?.................Manifold runner?
How difficult was it to set-up the fuel-rail?..............or individual feeds?
I'm currently testing jets. I got them with main 150, pilots 27.5
Now main 140, pilot 25
Pilot mixture screw setting make a big difference.
Fuel supply has caused some issues so far. I have used poor quality fuel hoses, one collapsed in an "should be OK" bend and caused too lean 1-2. Never happened back in the 80's. Fuel hoses were not that crappy then.
There are 2 fuel t-pipes for 8mm hose. Between 1-2, 3-4.
I'll change the routing of fuel hoses and use better quality that can withstand fuel, US made instead of China from cheap autostore. I think a nice bend upwards over the carbs to the tanks 2 x 6mm tubes. I'll use 90* plastic bends direct after tank tubes, later on on 6-8mm connections. It will be some additional hose clamps.
Photo show steel bradied hose. This is crap! A very sloppy hose under the steel braiding. Difficult to tighten the hose clamp when the tourque will twist clamp and hose will go off the carb pipe. It is 8mm ID but its too soft so 7mm would be better.
I have just ordered better... Barricade® Carburetion Fuel Line Hose from Gates sold locally on an Internet shop here.
They have 32mm intakes.
