I'm certain I got a K7 new harness, but that's not my issue. The issue comes from my control and correct, I too didn't see it on the diagram. I agree that in all cases it looks like a key on supplied power. I just wasn't sure what it went to on the controls.
It's hard to believe the PO would have changed the controls but you never know I guess. I found a few quarks on the bike that didn't make sense.
I guess I could connect it but I'm just not sure what I'm accomplishing. I can't see how it was hooked up before because there's only three terminal connections. one for key, one for speedo lights, and one for tach lights.
I'll probably just start measuring around with the dmm and see what I find, I just wanted to see if the forum had any ideas. Thanks for the feedback.
