Your 0.025mm readings indicate that the crankshaft surfaces have not worn down excessively, this means you can use the same size bearings as originally installed. Standard clearance is anywhere from 0.02mm to 0.046mm so your clearances are pretty good.
Get the code off your crankshaft, it should look something like AAAAA-1111 the letters indicate the sizes of the crankshaft journals, the numbers indicate the sizes of the connecting rod journals.
Cross-reference each journal code plus the matching code from the crankcase, to determine the bearing to install.
For instance, if your crankcase code is B and your crank journal code is A, order Green. If your crankcase code is B and your crank journal code is B, order Brown, and so forth.
Same process for the connecting rod journals, the rod code is etched on the side if the big ends.
If your measurements indicated wear, you'd order different bearing sizes to compensate.
