Nice vid! The sound of that engine makes me want to buy another 350f!
Glad you got it sorted out.
Thanks! There is more to do but I've figured out how the bike likes the choke.
To tune the carbs you will need to be calm, patient, motivated and methodical. Read as many carb threads as you can.
Make sure to get the order right as each step will affect the tuning of the ones below it - something I keep failing to do:
-Check the bowls all have the fuel level set a few mm below the top of the bowl
-Main jets first, start with one size bigger genuine kehin jets - then if it still needs the choke go two sizes bigger
-Needle clip position next, tedious to change and re vacuum sync every time but at least it costs nothing
-Pilot jets next, again get genuine kehin pilots
-Last thing is the idle mixture screw settings
It is helpful to stick little bits of masking tape to your throttle so you can tell how far open you have it (1/4,1/2,3/4).
I find as well a using plug color to diagnose what it needs using the choke like you're doing is helpful - if it goes better with the choke on it is lean. If it goes better before it's warmed up and starts with no choke at all it is rich. If temporary removing the air filter(s) helps it run better it's rich...
I rode mine around with 2/3rds of the air intake opening blocked off with masking tape for months!
