Ferrari hasn't won Lemans since '64 when they won with the 250 LM...
interesting tidbit...

Fn fox had golf on at race time.   No not going to upgrade to get fox (bull $hit) 2

I hope velocity steps in and starts getting some coverage of any racing.   I remember used to watch swamp buggies and go carts.

Approaching the halfway mark soon.

Toyota- fabulous effort. Would love to see them win.
Porsche- On the tail of Toyota.
Audi- not out yet.
Ford GT- could be a 1966 repeat!
Corvette- will see, a lot to make up. Doesn't look promising.

I downloaded the app on my iPad Pro from foxsportsgo. When the race is not televised, no commercials. Nothing but 6 hours of racing!   8) 8) 8)

Fabulous!

Local cable provider for std cable (not even digital) only carries FS1. So, nothing after 2PM EDT...
Coverage on FS1 suppose to resume at 2:30AM but I'm not staying up...gotta be up @ 7.

Probably going to miss much of the race.  The GTs are really surprising and it would be really interesting if Ferrari were to win, as Ford would really crank up their efforts to get the crown again next year. It  would be cool to see them do it this year because of the historic factor, but Ferrari despite fielding entries all these years hasn't managed to be crowned with the class win since '64. That's amazing. This year's Ferrari's suffer from being delicate and not robust with terms of serviceability on lots of parts. If something happens to some of the body work they are screwed.
Toyota has a great car but the Porsche is really something as well. They cranked up their efforts on the 919 Hybrid this year replacing and upgrading all kinds of parts.  That Audi is interesting as well...interesting body design and nose treatment and more rearward cockpit.

Maybe I'll be lucky and catch some of the replay of the original on FS1 after it is over.  The Fords are far more colorful than back in '66-'70.  Oddly enough you can't configure your Ford GT to have that powder blue and orange Gulf like livery for a street vehicle. That could be a cool homage to some of the originals.

I had what I thought would be the last few hours of the race on my dvr but Fox decided to switch the last 2 hrs on another one of their channels so I missed the finale. I had to go online to see what the results were and I was stunned, while watching the race I made the comment to my wife about how unpredictable Le Mans can be and what happened to Toyota pretty much said it all.

Thumbs up for the Ford GT though for their class win.

I think they switched due to a rain delay for golf but yes, very frustrating. Not so much for me but defiantly for others. I believe I only missed about 7 hours of it. Streaming live on FS2 worked just great.

Ford did very well. I think it was due to building a race car first, road car second versus the other way around for others.

Anyone heard about the Ferrari penalty in LMP Pro? Could mean position.

Toyota. Sad but endurance racing. I will defiantly root for them next year. What a disappointment this must be.

I was up very early and was watching, but then FS1 switched to golf at 6am. Eff you Fox!

What a disappointment for Toyota, happy for Ford and Ferrari.

They switched back to FS2 although the TV guide said different.

The go app worked the entire race via iPad Pro.

Yes, there was a program note but I don't get FS2 so I just went back to bed.

The Toyota team manager was actually crying. It's a punishing race on cars and drivers.

And to be stalled right opposite the pits where your crew can do nothing to help you !

Penalties applied, no change in finish for Pro class.
