 While we're on the subject of updating these old calipers, I figure I'll throw this in just for a FYI:

 Glad I could help buddy!
BTW; I was out of Insulation instruction sheets when I shipped yours, so here is a copy:

A new Seal is recommended at this time.  Before installing the new Phenolic Brake Piston, be sure to clean the seal groove thoroughly so the seal will seat properly.
(A 90° pick tool works well for removing thick buildup or corrosion in the grove)
Install the Piston into the Caliper with the Open end facing out so it will be in contact with the Brake pad.
 ** DO NOT use the OEM plastic “isolation Washer” between the brake pad and the new Phenolic Piston **
The back of the brake pad should sit flat on the open end of the new Piston. The pad should NOT “rock” on the piston, but contact squarely. Clean any rust or foreign materials off the back side of the brake pad if not replacing with new.

   Attention!
For 69 to 76 models CB750K - Do not use steel cap from stock brake piston;
This new PHENOLIC Replacement brake piston is designed to eliminate the need for the cap.

 Safety First… After installation, reassemble and bleeding, carefully test the braking system to make sure everything is performing properly BEFORE riding.
