Grcamna2, I understand about sprung and unsprung weight, and technically, you're absolutely correct. I just don't believe that there is enough weight difference for the average rider to tell a difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
When I spoke w/ godffery/Jeff he told me that there's the difference of a couple pounds of weight between the stock and his 'Phenolic' front caliper piston,if I remember correctly..
The benefit of the phenolic is less heat transmitted to the brake fluid and it will not pit from rust.
