I felt pretty good about myself when I made these .6mm thick washers.  Then that helmet brought me right back to reality.

The disc brake replaces the side with the drum.  They cush drive still mounts to the sprocket.

Ah, simultaneous  five axis. Those machines are getting to be decently affordable. Especially used. Aerospace shops seem to buy new equiptment every few years, and sell off their old ones.
