Introduction

Hi All:

I'm new to bikes and stumbled onto this site while researching CB750s for a cafe project. I've gone through many of the posts, and there is a ton of great information on here. Last weekend, I bought a 69 CL350--not a SOHC/4, I know, but I think it will make a good starter bike. I thought I'd stick around this group anyway because of the general constructive tone and great builders on here.

A little background on me. I'm 30, living in Dallas Texas. I do creative Marketing during the day and build stuff during my evening and weekend free time. My last project was a lotus se7en-like car that I designed much of in 3D CAD. I fabricated the whole car from scratch and built 99% of it. Last May, it had major article written in Car & Driver magazine. So you can tell I'm a bit proud. I documented the build-up of the car from start to finish here: www.fiaccone.com

So back to bikes...I really hope to tear down the CL350 and make a cool cafe. My hope is that you can help along the way. I'm documenting my cafe build here: http://www.fiaccone.com/CafeRacer/Cafe.html

--Thanks, Chris

Thanks guys! I read through the Seaweb build. Good stuff. The pictures will no doubt help with my build.
