I checked "Bolt on" didn't see anything that would be a direct fit that wasn't 100 or more. except this vintage chopper thing that was available on ebay for a short time, had a circular mount for frame.. Yes, to me, this is a big bike. Thanks for the tips to getting it up there alone. My back is long gone. Can't lift like I used to. For years I used to pick up/ deliver furniture, safes, appliances, pool tables. No more.Back is toast. I think what I want is a factory replacement style  78 cb750F ss factory  mount welded where it is supposed to be. Maybe someone had a junk  1978 CB750 SS (or identical) frame and can cut that area off for me, I could grind off the excess and weld it in place. I want it to look factory. One more hurdle in the quest for a nice ride.I do have a Harbor Freight welder and it would be fun to get it to look right and be right.
..im operated 2 times for discos colaps..and have one more vating..and cant lift anything either...but to set a cbx or 750 on senterstand..is only a matter of use your ovn vaight..to press the horn..dovn..it vill lift the bike,,and then you just need to pull it lightly backverd..its just magig how easy it vorks..
the problem is if somone have hacked in the stand,,remover the horn..or bend it...then the vaight/arm mekanism is gone..my 500 t vas a hell to get

up..and i sold it..thay bike is/vas as heavy as the cbx to move araund..and even slow as hell..

put a small handel on by the rear damper or a rail araund the seat helps to pull the bike..and make moving it araund..its helm me a lot moving my bikes
riding is not the problem..its the" still stand" pushing araund vho Hurts the bag..and ve dont vant to drop aur bikes..

Thank you Sir for the reply.

If you are not planning on using stock K pipes, welding it on slightly ahead should not matter.
Remember though that trying the actual77/78 sidestand will be too long, you will need a 69-76K type.

Here ya go, I took this off a '78k.  PM me your address and I'll send it to you.

For those who are watching, what would a fair price be for my time to dig this frame out of the attic and carefully cut the part off?

And just for shts and giggles, here is the abandoned hardtail project I took it from... I started it when I was young and foolish.  I'm too old to start riding a hardtail!

The part came today Kerry, and it is beautiful man.Nice surprise after a 13 hour day. I can fix that slight bend or have it done. Your money is on it's way yesterday.
I'll have to get a kickstand and see where and how much lean I want on the bike when standing so I can place it just right.

I'm curious how this project/mod turned out, as I'm dealing with a similar thing.  My only option is a bolt/clamp-on one, though.

Does anyone know whose bolt-on kickstand this was?  Or where it was purchased or fabricated?

Canadian Noob / Saturday's Wrench CB350 had some type of bolt-on kickstand, if I remember correctly.

Spent way too much time looking into this today so I wanted to share a few things for the next person.  I'm surprised how common it is.

The kickstand pictured above that Saturday's Wrench is using has been discontinued because a number of people had them snap.

Steadfast Cycles used to carry those and they must have sold enough that it was worth it to design and fabricate a new one with much better construction and finish, which they sell on eBay for the (im)modest sum of $128.  (photo below)  I guess if you need it, you really need it.  It's 1 1/8" so will require a shim.

If you had the time and skill, it wouldn't be difficult to make your own by welding your own lug onto a 1" OD tube clamp https://www.ballisticfabrication.com/products/od-tube-clamp
