There is a clutch nut you can buy that has the proper square 4 prong setup. I am not sure for your bike if it is the same as the 550 and 650.
The tool on ebay is around $10 but can be as high as $20, depending on source.
Some have made one cutting down a socket to fit the slots. Just buy a cheap socket and with a cutting wheel they make the cuts. A few others have fabricated them welding extensions on the socket.

i took a sparkplug socket1/4 and machined it to have the 4 grips..taps.

.used a file/grinder to make them

it fit all my Hondas from cd 50 to cbx 1000...

So for the past year I havent been riding a lot.. The bike wasn't running very well and I couldn't figure out why. In the end I changed so much that the bike now basically had a full service. Which isn't bad ofcourse

The bike is now running very well and I started to work on the bike again.

I didn't like the look and fabrication I made of the old seat so I decided to make some changes. As I really wanted to weld a loop on the frame I decide to get rid of the seat and start making my own seat and design of it. The guy from the upholstery did a very good job and made exactly what I had in mind. Its ´normal´ leather combined with a suede diamond stitched seat.

The bike is now almost done for the 2016 Distinguished gentleman's ride, just some small details left

the seat is nicely done. i just don't like the gap between it and the tank, looks a bit like something's missing or doesn't fit perfectly.

re. DGR: best to avoid the parade at slow speeds, these air cooled engines don't like that.

Yea I understand what you mean, was though to decide as well.

Reason why I did it is because I'm gonna mount a CB50 tank on the bike and I have no clue yet how to mount it.

If the seat would fit perfectly on the CB650 tank, most likely I would have issues with the new tank.

the standart tank is small in volume..i often raan mine 550 almost emty...a smaller tank vill give problems..just to go from one city to NeXT..and you have too tank evry day..

Funny you said this.. The bike got too hot halfway Amsterdam

. I let it cooldown for ~15 min and could continue the ride again. Besides this the bike runs great and no issues at all.

The Amsterdam DGR was a success with some fantastic bikes showing up.

Due to oldtimer tax regulations in the Netherlands I'm not allowed to drive for the next 3 months. This gives me time to work on the bike again and have it ready before next season

As I'm more into the scrambler/tracker style look, I decided to buy a slightly higher handlebar, replaced the headlight, black speedometer and minimized the stuff on the handlebar.

This then caused another problem that one of my brakelines was too short as I ordered them exactly in the right sizes. As i needed to replace the brakelines anyway, I also decided to paint the calipers in the mean time.
As you can see a rebuild of the calipers was necessary as well..
