the Cheese Wall is made of aged Chedda', german style, kinda sharp and acid in flavor (somehow out here the cheddar is a little creamier tasting)

I think it's more like colby-jack. They are stupid for that stuff around Beloit, WI. It's scary. You can get bricks, slices, curds, even a string-cheese form of it. They make little figures and freeze em.... crazy stuff. Makes you wonder about their home life...... sorta.

Oh and Kit.... turns out Leinenkugels or how ever you spell it is made in Chippewa Falls, WI. Started kinda like Samuel Adams did.... in a basement.

Hey I just realized they lowered my mortgage rate again!!! I am now down to 1.7%

Woo hoo...maybe today won't be so bad after all

And to think it was less than 2 years ago that I signed for it at 5.75%. I am glad I opted for variable rate this time!!
