Just purchased my first Honda, which happens to be a 1970 CB750KO. Nice web site.

It was an accident. I was looking at an English bike with the shift on the right thinking I would probably kill myself when I saw the Honda. I liked it, knew it was a historically important bike and got it.

Welcome Jim,

I too have a 1970K0.  I picked it up from a former co-worker.  It was definitely on the inexpensive side  ;D.  I've just completed cleaning up the carbs and will be posting pics of my bike in the near future.  Congratulations on your purchase-you'll find a wealth of information here, loads of humor, and lots of commeraderie.  It is a good place to be.
Where do you hail from?

Prost!

Tennessee. I'll post some pictures of the bike once I do a couple of things to it.

There's several of us (me included) in and around the Nashville area...  What part of the state are you in?  ;D

There are others, I'm in Lebanon. I have a couple of old Honda's. I've got a '73 CB350F and a '78 CB400A. Just got back in from putting 30 mi. on each one to limber them up after the cold from last weekend. It is true, the older Honda's are cold-natured beasts, but warm up quickly.
