Hi.
I'm going to buy electronic ingnition and I have possibility to choose between Kokkusan Daytona or Accent .
Is there any difference ? thanks.

Yup, made by different people. Better to keep the points and fit a Hondaman electronic box

Interesting that the three you mention all appear to be visually VERY similar. I heard good reports about Kokusan. I still use points mostly but have a Piranha (Newtronics) optically triggered ignition on one for the last 20 trouble free years. (But I still carry around a points plate!)

A true belt & suspenders man!

I carried a points plate for about a season before trusting my Martek optical EI. Must be 30 years without a hiccup and I check timing every ... ok, haven't checked it in at least 10 years. I think the LED may crap out any time just from age but it's still working so I don't "fix" it.

ive run boyers for years never any trouble,bit pricey though.
