Here's a video I finally got around to making of riding my 350f.  I could not have rebuilt this bike if it wasn't for the help on this forum, so thank you everyone!!!!

 Nice quality video. Felt like I was riding it. Way to keep her in the power band, really sings. Did you rebuild the engine on that with new pistons and rings by chance ? Been some failures here on that procedure.  Ride on !

Thanks so much!!  Yeah complete top end with NOS Honda standard pistons, rings, clips.  I made the mistake of getting the Cruzin Image ones at first and after 100 miles couldn't get her to stop smoking, so did another top end!  Runs good now though.  Thanks again for watching.

Nice vid, nice ride and a wonderful route. I say, those black stripes, improvised repairs of the turmac, aren't they dangerous for motorcyclists?

 Sounds like those CI piston/ ring combo's are bad news. There used to be a little bike junkyard down the street from my house and 'Jay" had some NOS 350f pistons still in the box and I was was impressed on how small those little slugs were.

Yeah, like a big pill bottle!  From what I gather the CI pistons work good on the other Fours, must have been something wrong with the castings for these ones.  I have some I'll sell ya cheap lol/jk!

Very nice!! And really good to hear the OEM top end solved the issue with your smokey CI kit.

Good job on your build. However it sent goose bumps up my spin when I saw tennis shoes, just jeans, short sleeve shirt, Helmet? Don't tell me. I assume you never have experienced some road rash.

The shoes are actually Speed and Strength motorcycle shoes.  Had gloves and helmet as well.  It's a calculated risk, but one I accept.  And no, over the 50k miles I have ridden on two wheels, I have never experienced road rash.  Abate safety course in the beginning.  Never had so much as a vehicle collision or speeding ticket in amost 30 years of riding on the roads, two or 4 wheels.  I appreciate your concern though!!  The only way to be truly protected from everything is to stay in a 4 wheeled vehicle.

Glad to hear you wear a helmet. I was around 21 when I had my first set of road rash with cracked ribs. Took me a few more years to figure out the more protection the better. I have always worn a helmet. 2011 was the big test. After 39 years of riding with no major accidents I was hit by a ST1300 form the opposite direction. Glad I was wearing all the gear. Still took me 7 month to get back to work.

I was T-boned going through a green light on my CB900F.  My left knee cap was shattered.  I was wearing jeans, but I still got gravel rash on that left leg.  The worst pain was when the nurse at the hospital used a scrubbing brush to remove the gravel rash dirt.  She got the antiseptic into a real lather!  I still shudder thinking about the broken bits of patella being jangled together...

Three months later I was hobbling about on a walking stick when I bought my CBX...

Yeah I almost don't ride anymore thinking about how easily something bad can happen.  Probably only been out 4-5 times this summer, sold all my other bikes except this one, which I have a hard time parting with.

Yes I think about the consequences, but I still ride a lot. Took me a long time to get over my reaction to other bikes and cars coming at me in a corner. Im 67 own and ride 9 bikes. Heading down to Arizona on the FJR1300 in a few days and just got back from Minneapolis on the FJR1300 a few weeks ago.
