Well…here she is, the final product!

Super happy with how it turned out. Got to go out today and take it for a little winter ride.

Nice looking bike, Jcop.  Are you going to install a muffler/can on the end of your exhaust - like the one earlier in your thread?  The reason I ask is that (1) it'll be pretty stinking loud without one; and (2) you might run lean and overheat your motor.

Thanks! Eventually I’ll end up getting another cone muffler similar to the one posted earlier in the thread. As of now, I am just going to hold off until warm weather and riding season.

Battery is above the swing arm with a box I got made that will mount on the back of the engine.. I do miss the brushed look but had some pretty gnarly dents happen unfortunately from being in the cluttered garage. Fixed them up (posted above) and went with the white which I’m very happy with now. If I ever do another build like this I’m definitely gonna go with the brushed look.

I really like your white tank, I've always wanted to try that. Im about to go for a brushed look on a 550f tank.
