New to SOHC/4 club
« on: January 15, 2023, 09:58:34 AM »
Hi Every one
I'm the new Guy withe a passion for old vintage motor cycles
I have a good selection of a fleet and all most one for every day of the week
one more to go and the fleet is complete
My first CB750 K7 got it in the spring of 2022 and been sitting all summer waiting to get done
Finely i brought it over to the main Garage and started on the resurrection of the Old Girl .I call the job a resurrection because I don't do restorations unless the whole bike is completely restored
Spending a lot of time cleaning and what a difference it makes when things are clean
Best regards
Honda Hansel

Welcome aboard.  You will find many others with a mixed stable like yours here, one of the things that makes it such a great site. The motorcycle knowledge here is very broad,  but the absolute best for SOHC Hondas.

Welcome aboard Honda Hansel
One for every day of the week eh?! Nice.
So what else do you have for rides?
I like your shop, especially the mini split!
I have a K8 up on the lift this winter here in NH. Rebuilding carbs, paint and gaskets for the motor and polishing the covers, new tires. This one has sat since 1994 so it's a resurrection.
My K5 is tucked away in the back corner out of the way until spring comes around. And a couple of K6 and a K4 to resurrect too.

Curious..... Does your K7 have the usual  “lug style” mount welded to the frame? Or does it use this fabricated mount on the L.F. upper mount, on the down tube (under #1 and #2 exhaust ports)?
Thanks! John D.

Interesting! That bracket has no part number and can’t be found. On my K7 too and then disappears on the K8.

Don't know the bikes that well yet
looking at the parts list from CMS.nl it doesn't show on there
Might be a one year only
