Yes it sure is very good looking. I was late coming along to the party to learn of the making of the billet block to get one. 😪

Will post a Dyno video soon in the chassis with TMR carbs and HRC 4-4 Daytona exhaust

Oxygenated race fuel?

I'd 110 RWHP is a reasonable expectation Per and I don't think it will need designer fuel...it has enough compression, cam etc. Oxygenated fuel could add up to 4 HP increase. Torque should be interesting.

I look forward to see the graph!

It would be fine if we could have higher octane here. Shell V-power is around 98RON. 100 would be fine as I have seen in southern Europe.
My K6 is not far from pinging.I thought I  think I heard a little yesterday when twisted a  little on 5th gear from lower speed. Could have been something else.
Last year when needles where 1/2 step lower and main jets  one step of 2.5 smaller it was very clear.

Not jet too rich to avoid it.  It is correct now.
Higher octane  would be better.

I'm sure 110whp will happen, if not small adjustments can do it.
I run my 125-75 with 0.004/0.006" valve lash. 0.10/0.15mm

I have seen before that smaller lash can reduce the compression. But that was with a  DP315 cam

Does your Shell V Power have ethanol in it..? Or is it straight gasoline..?

Locally, 25 miles away,  we have a VP gas station that has pump dispensed high octane gasoline ranging from 95-113..
It near the MarkTwain lake. Servicing the multiple engine go fast boats that frequent the lake.

The 100 octane gasoline is $8.50 a gallon..I’ve used the 95 and 100 in our Honda CRs ranging in sizes from 85cc- 500cc.
Besides being really forgiving starting cold or hot I don’t notice a big difference in performance. The CR125 and 250 seem to have more low end torque on steep trail and hills.. My son insists on the 100 octane so that’s what I usually purchase. We don’t get to go as often as we like so we don’t worry about it setting in the can for a month before using it..

I’ve read your Shell V Power needs less timing than our Shell 93 on this side of the pond…
Have you noticed any performance gains with slower timing on you side..?

Shell V-Power has 98 or maybe a little higher when they specify >98 RON, see pdf below. Max 5% ethanol, maybe less.

It was +99 before, maybe 15 years ago.

I have tested various ign setting.
The advancer unit has cut springs which is a must for stable idle and evenly running engine.
Verified the real TDC. The advancer must sit most counterclockwards in its play before tighten it.

I have an additional mark (ca 3mm to the right) on block if advancer sit in it most clockward position.
It runs better when marks lines up at 1200rpm when adjusting the ignition.
Not later or earlier.
Dyna-S and Dyna 5 ohm coils.

Same with my stock K2. It need cut springs too. The loop that fasten it on one side is cut, bent out a new and shape with pliers.

71.25 with the unobtanium piston rings.
My accident when I pinched ONE flimsy oil rail made me to order a complete set of 71.25mm rings for 4 pistons was sheer luck then!
The shipping price was high, rings cheap, $25US/piston so better to order 4 sets.

I have my old rings as spares.

I guess it must be rings out there. Dynoman and Summit Racing had early 2017.
