Honda CB750 on FB - to each his own but not my cup of tea
« on: February 10, 2026, 08:01:55 AM »
Why turn something into something it is not?

Is that a Chrome Pig with Wings front fender ornament?

I admire the owner's ability to re-wire all those tail lights  ;D

I dig it. A lot of work gone into that to make it such. I would of left off the windscreen but other than that (and the flying pig thing) i like it.

But now it's the Best of Both Worlds - Harley and Honda  :D  Perhaps the symbolism in the flying pig?

Oof... not my cup of tea but good for that guy except -- the Harley tank? And that petcock placement?Must be the low point or the only place where the carbs didn't interfere. And that poor exhaust -- although a tip of the hat for the PBR can.

There was a guy in PHX who added a metric 5hi7 ton of lights to his bike but... it was a 400F. Always wondered how it charged, although I never saw him with all of the lights on.

I like it, it looks well thought out and has been well used, I imagine it'd be pretty nice to cruise along on.  A set of highway pegs would be useful, though maybe you can rest your feet on the engine bars ok

My neighbor rebadged a couple cb 350s as Hardleys!
I bought a 70 cl 350 from him that was his first bike but he hadn't rebadged that one.
He owned a print news shop!

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

The builder may have watched 'Electra Glide in Blue' too many times, then decided a HondaDavidson would be more low-stress?  :D

It looks like it was a K0, too bad, I wonder if it was a sand cast. I also wonder, like others, how long the battery lasts with the extra lights. To each his own I suppose.

So you all wonder why that bike was done up as it was? It could have been a girl's/wife's bike to match their husband's bike.
I recently lost a good friend in December, a retired Master Gunney Marine, that back in the 70s he toured cross country, San Diego to Springfield MA and back on his 68 Harley and his wife along on her CB350/Four that was outfitted to match his Harley. They were members of a local riding group, the Paladins, they wore matching uniforms and would do parades and exhibitions as well as competitions together.
Unfortunately I didn't get a copy of the picture of his wife's 350 that he showed me when we had our storage units across the alley in Oceanside. Sure do miss Ken. A heck of a guy. And lots of riding stories.

The 1st 3 pics of his Harley from 2011,  second 3 are of Ken exercising it in 2020, the last pictures of him that I have.
