Been a long time in the making. But here are the most recent pictures I have of my project, as copied from the Hondatwin Forum.
This is obviously a work in progress. Pulled the initial machine out of someone's shed. Been a long road since then, and it's still not even close to being done. This is the initial mock-up, making sure everything fits ok, making brackets, removing brackets, deciding on paint, all that.
Note: These are not the wheels/hubs I'm using. I am going to be using the rims themselves, but not the hubs. Included are some pictures of what it 'was'...enjoy.

You can see the brackets for mounting it in the last picture. I see people removing them, and relocating the kickstand. I'm ok with this. However, does this item play a role in the solidity of the frame? It's a pretty hefty piece, with pretty hefty bolts, and it would seem that if I removed it, there would be a large amount of structural rigidity lost. Any thoughts on this?

P.S. In case anyone is wondering what the final scheme is. Paint wise. I intentionally left certain items out of the pictures so I don't reveal it. But I promise, it will be very different. I just don't want anybody to go out do the same thing, that's bad.
And yes, there is still LOTS left to do. But, it's getting there.
