What about that Canadian dollar

What a great time (possibly short) we live in!  Canadians can finally buy parts in the US at par or better.  It has been along time comming and I for one, am going to take advantage of it
I am suprised that no Canadians are listing e-bay items with payment in Canadian bucks.

 $20.00 Cdn = $20.54 USD today. It is nice buying on ebay now compared to Jan 2002 when the Canadian dollar was worth 62 cents.    Our new bills are pretty swanky eh?

I live in Canada....Clients all in US ..All paying US dollars. It  used to be $1.50 in the bank per dollar, now it's .90 cents.

It was a nice run....but I'm out of pocket at least $70,000.00 a year now :o ???
I can still "just barely" buy milk and cookies, so don't fee to bad for me ;D
Notice it has taken me 2 winters to do this latest build and the 1st 2 were 1 winter projects.

Remember, it's not the Canadian dollar getting better, it's the entire planet finally realizing the US can't afford 200 zillion "defense" dollars being spent each month!!!!!!!!!!!

ca-ching,ca-ching,ca-ching,......... the sound of G. W. Bush printing pretend money ;D

Now the US is talking about a "joint" dollar for Canada, US, Mexico similar to Euro-dollar.  I think I'll take my lumps for now before I would agree to that.

Go USA economy!

I hadn't thought about the Canadian paid by Americans.  That sucks for y'all. 

Ahh, the SPP(Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America).  Just the next step toward the North American Union in my mind.  Or a place I call Canamerimexico.

I was rubbing my hands with the 1.4 to 1.0 exchange rate between the Euro and the US$.... until USPS came along and spoiled the fun by raising all the international postage. They have realized there is a lot of trade and want a piece of the cake.... Now it is far cheaper to buy in euros from Europe.... so my money will remain in euro zone.
