like the title said it's free. it HAs been sitting outdoors for a while though but hell, free is free. i might be able to salvage some parts. it's a twin and has that greenish/gold paint color. side covers are intact as far as the pics show

the motor was spinning free so this afternoon after a compression check i put new oil and filter into it, checked the points and with an auxilliary fuel tank and the battery from my 750k i fired it up. runs horribly, likely from the gunked up carbs BUT it doesnt rattle, knock or smoke. looks like i have a good one. looks like i'm doing 2 builds this winter, the 750k AND the cb350 chopper! life is good.
