industrial' call me a nut but i would spend money, otherwise more wisely spent on the homeless (animals), on that racer model. i'll never own the real deal- nor deserve to.  ;D

oh, I'm not saying that model is worth the money, 800 bucks is ridiculous, I'd pay maybe $50 for it...
I just want one for christmas.

i wonder what the photographer did to make those bikes look like toys.

lighting and focus sure, but what lens?
My cousin is an amateur photog, and he did a similar technique.  I can't link from flickr to here, so I'll link to there.

It's called Tilt-shift. You can use a tilt-shift lens, a lens with very shallow depth of field, blurring in Photoshop, or some combination. In those photos, I think it was just the use of a shallow depth of field to bring the subject into focus.

I'd like one too but at $39,000 I don't think I will be getting one.  On the Wakan website it lists 28000 Euro as the price....  The intake on top of the tank makes me drool.  It's like a blower sticking out of the hood of an old muscle car.  SWEET!!

That intake looks cool but it would have me in a race crouch permanently, my beard would get sucked right in...... ;D ;D

That technique is called "Tilt shift photography"

It can always be used with video, which I always found very cool!

But I dont think the pictures of the bike are necessarily tilt shift'ed. Just precise use of over head flashes.

Oh yeah, bikes...

Looks photoshopped to me. Look inside the rear wheel. That's either a really good adaptation job or fake.
