i know that i, and others have posted this in the past...but seeing "New Blue" made me daydream about the 1100R Concept from 2007.

Took lots last year at Bonnevilee and Miller..

I don't know if there is real difference, but according to NCR's site the basis is Ducati Sport 1000S.

Holy crap, that's downright amazing. I was never able to get the hang of trials riding. I'll stick to snowboarding, snow is more forgiving than concrete.

i didn't look at the site. it looks like a sport classic with a paul smart fairing on it.

Any info on that wee little pictured red tracker? I want to build or buy a girder fork for my cb350 twin chopper build and those forks look pretty close.

unfortunately i think both those bikes are japanese built. the first looks (to me) like a harley fork. maybe pressing in a honda steering stem? folks do it with other front ends maybe the specs are close enough to make the swap feasible.

the small picture was all i could find but it's a cb100 (engine) fwiw.

i think you can use any older H-D springer or just get one and just swap out the steering stems and it might work it just depends on the size of the neck on the donor springer you get

Thanks to both of you. Do you think if I want to keep a narrow front tire the HD springers will be to wide and look funny? I also don't want any forward rake so I want the fork length to be the same or maybe even shorter than stock. I found some plans for a leaf fork but I really want a girder style.

Rat, short HD springers looked pretty good with a fenderless 21 inch, so you should be fine.
Few things,
bone stock length springer have not been plentiful for a very long time, can be very pricey. late factory remakes are probably less, are chrome and have a damper.

they are probably a few inches shorter than a Honda fork

you may want to consider a VL springer, which is being repopped, the I beam type, it is often called.
