Been a while since I posted here. Last time, I was trying to buy a 74 CB550. That deal fell through, but I got an even better deal.
A 1978 CB750K in excellent condition. the guy I bought it from had just had about $800 worth of service and maintenance done to the bike like having the Carbs rebuilt, jetted for the UNI filter and Mac 4-2 pipes, and synced; New chain and sprockets {630 still}, oil and filter change, new Dunlop 404 tires, new fork oil, front and rear brakes, tune up with new plugs points and condensors, and new battery all done by a local shop with reciepts. The kicker is, I know the guy that did the service personally, so I have no doubt it was done correctly. Paint is a little worn, and needs new striping. Side panels are cracked and will need to be replaced (Maier probably). Chrome is in Great shape. Seat was recovered using a Travelcade Kit.
And I only paid $1000 Will get pics and video up very soon, but the weather is a little bad right now. I have had it for almost 3 weeks now, and have had to musch fun riding it to take pics.
Update:
