Just caught up with this one and it's looking great, getting the pipes plated would be a good idea before they get sooty as most places will not touch them once they have been in use.

Skunkypoooos, sorry I didn't get back on the silencing, I must have missed it.
When we ran the CR it was on open pipes where noise was not a problem and a silenced race exhaust when it was.
I see you've got the Swarbrick set up, good luck with the shaping of the meggas.
In respect of the exhaust wrap, if it was for performance reasons, why not consider what Dennis said and have it coated while the pipes are new.
You can get a ceramic coating that performs the same function as the wrap but looks a million miles cooler. There is a company called Camcoat that I use for ceramic coating on my pistons andthey do a real good job, here's a link to their site.
