..some of you here can enjoy this picture. And maybe, just maybe, one of you can perhaps shed some light on the vehicle. It's been my background for a long while now, and I'm violently in love with this car. Take a minute to soak in all the details.

I've attached a link to the the full size image as well, as I really think it deserves it. Check it out.

I've developed a bit of a fondness for these types of machines. And I think it speaks to my motorcyclist side, open to the elements, everything needed to make the vehicle run(presumably fast, by the looks of this one), stop, and turn, but nothing else. Shoot, if I lived in a dryer climate, I'd drive something like this thing everyday. Not to mention it's just about one of the coolest flats racers I've seen.
So ok, supercharger I see, love the gauges, inline looks like, someone mentioned somewhere else it might look like a diesel, possible, I have no clue honestly on the powerplant. But dig on the rivets holding this thing together, like a WWII prop fighter decided to make offspring with a T-Bucket. What does that frame look like? Possibly hand made, again, I don't have enough information about the picture, and I'm not good enough at identifying vintage car parts. What do you folks think? Imagine if you were trying to build something similar, what would be a list of parts to compile? Not including hand made parts, which I can visually see there is a lot of.
