But I've rebuilt damn near every part of a bunch of Cessna's. Rebuilding one now in fact.

Sometime next week I'll be reskinning some flaps.

Oh and I have a Mong Sport...in the Build process...from Plan's

The jet I get paid to fly was built by the Frenchies  ;D

I get too frustrated too fast for that. One project at a time. After the 550, I'm getting an 82 Seca to restore. That was the bike my dad bought when I was born and when I was like six he used to take me out on it. I loved that bike and I will have one.

lol I have patience for certain things, but when it comes to trying to put something back together and then you get about an hour into it and then find a pin that belongs through your second piston in your pocket, that is where all my patience goes away....  :P

It takes more than one project at at time to solve the patience thing.  For instance, when the bike is pissing me off, I can go and replace a window in my house or pull the valve cover off of my truck.  Keeping an inventory of things to do will make sure that you never have a reason to trudge through a project.  If you get frustrated by that missing pin clip in your pocket, put it where you will find it.  Later you'll have the patience to go back and fix your mistake.  Remember: when you are working on your bike, the only payment you'll ever get is your happiness when it's done, and that happiness is directly proportionate to the amount of joy you had while building.

about the bike, it seems there's a bit of  a following for those. so, what's the big deal? i know nothing about but remember the name coming up. or maybe they were talking seka!

Caaveman, are you looking at the standard or the R version?  Those bikes are sweet. I love my Speed Triple, too bad I usually use only 3 gears.

My credit was bad enough still that I could not get approved without a cosigner, and I refuse to do that.

So I took my money else where and this is what I ended up with...
