I know I'm a newbie, but I decided to vote as well. It was a very though decision. At the end I was really struggling between the FunJimmy's and markb's. Well I will let you guess which one I voted for  ;D

Cheers,
Pete

Gotta give it to FunJimmy. I normally don't like cafe'd/modified bikes but when all the details are done to such a high standard as that and fit together that seamlessly it gets my vote. Fantastic bike.

I rarely get in here but FunJimmy's bike has a nice, professional flair to it.
Its overall appearance is original.  ;)
Got my vote.

And yes, each is a very nice bike. Looking pro builds.
Good work!

Thanks for all the votes guys.  As if restoring one of these classics is gratifying enough, this really puts the icing on the cake.  Never had an avatar before this because I couldn't think of a good one.  You guys helped me decide.  Here's my last two shots plus one repeat (my favorite view - engine closeup).

What happened to Heff. We all miss him.
I'm not saying that because you just posted a bunch of Aussies photos, but what's up?

I do not know how to get a hold of Heff.  I can't even fully remember his email address.  It was something like @sohc4.net but can't really remember.  But getting that addy is not a mod thing, I remember reading somewhere anyone could get it.

And the winner is........................................?
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
