I will be adding in a score that I am still working through that I got last night. Just sick it was all honda four stuff (different sizes)except for one (kawasaki) for $60! total. So far I have the 750 K1 home. 3 of 6 motors are free turners. Nothing pretty but I will list more on this score when I get a chance to. Killer score.....

Tell us about your killer score..... ;D

A coworker came to me on monday and said there was a CB550 in parts sitting in boxes by the curb down the block from his house.  We raced back to check it out but by the time we got there it was gone.  That is my closest to a score so far, only been at this two months now.  But I love my CB550 got.

No secret really. Just run a small ad in the local paper. Something that is about 2 colums by 1 inch. Going back today to get more bikes from this score after lunch. I will post the whole score here. Come on people... tell us your score boast. Come on tell us Terry ;D

I picked up a 72 CB500 a few days ago.  Will be a good winter project, only missing a side cover and mirror, came with a title even...and at a whopping price tag of $000, it was hard to turn down!

I'm restoring a 72 CL350 for my wife this winter.

Won 2 complete parts bikes for $27.00

Had to take 4 ferries, drive 8 hours and spent the day at my sisters house in WA tearing all the parts off of them.."no title, couldn't get frames accross the border"

But I have a bonanza of parts for the project now!

Nah Cheapy, I can't match those kinda bargains, bikes are pretty expensive here, and by the time they come my way, they're usually beyond what a sane man would consider "worth restoring". I still do restore them, and Ebay has saved me some enormous amounts of money 9even with shipping) but I rarely "make" money out of them once they're finished, I guess I don't cut enough corners.

I bought that running 1981 Suzuki GS1000G for 400 bucks, and convinced the seller to throw in a good set of HM341 pipes that were hanging in his shop covered in crap, i'd just missed a set on Oz Ebay for $800, so I was pretty happy with that, but man, you guys in the US don't know how lucky you are! I think I'm gonna emigrate, anyone in Texas or Nevada (or anywhere warm) got a spare room, or bungalow, for rent? Hell, if i have to, I'll even bunk in with your sisters! Yee-Haar! Cheers, "Texas Terry".  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Picked up a perfectly running 75 750f in early Sept, for $650.00.  Got it home with the intention of doing some cosmetic clean up and "minor" changes.  Just as I got her all apart, gas prices went through the roof, but it was to late to stop the project and put her back together.  My "minor" project turned into a strip and repaint, new seat, changing the turn signals, new gas tank, new mirrors and a few other odds and ends like filter change, cables.  Finally got her back together and the temps her dropped into the high 20's/low 30's and it is spitting snow.  At least gas prices are starting down...lol.  I now have twice what I paid for her into parts and paint and extras.
