Mike Starr  died on Tuesday from OD  :'( my favourite band is now officially dead AGAIN

Either Mike & Jerry are ambidextrous or that video is reversed. Anyone else notice they're playing left-handed? ;D ???

Edit: Nevermind....after looking at the video on 'YouBoob' it says the guy flipped it. And made it B&W.. ::) ::)

I like my women a little big. Natural. Now, they shave this and wax that. It's not right. I love natural women. Big women. This trend in women has to go. Bulomia, anorexia. That's just wrong. You know what will cure that? My special sticky buns. One lick of my sticky buns and your appetite will come right back. ~ RIP Mr. Borgnine  01/24/1917 - 07/08/2012  :'(

Mike Starr hasn't played bass for them since the mid 90's, Mike Inez is the current bass player and has been for years..... ;)

Me too Scun..........have a few albums & cd's of him. I also have vcr tape of him at the Isle of Wight concert back in the early 70's. He's with his band Taste. Best part of his set was when a naked chick jumped up on the stage and started dancing.................Gawd I miss the 70's!!!!!! ;D ;D Rory could play slide like no other. He died way back but I can't recall what killed him.

sadly he took his own life. saw him live here in NZed years ago, he played the first half of the concert on his own... all different types of guitars, then the band joined him. still ranks up there with my all time favourite concerts. I've got all his LP's and a few dvds. you can't beat vynyl  ;D

Take your ear plugs Pete - you'll be needing them.  ;D
The leaves on the trees were shakin' when they just blew us away here in Darwin a few weeks ago.

Here's another good one from the boys.
This is what happens when they knock the the local pub down.  8)

For sure RR. There's a lot of Aussies who don't realize how big the easybeats were - they were HUGE in the UK (where some of them were born anyway, Harry and Dick were from Holland), tried the US but didn't make it that big there.
Grew up in a migrant hostel (now Villawood Detention centre), just poor kids from poor families, formed a band. The rest as they say is history.
I watched a show a while back on sbs about them, was very interesting. Stevie being driven past his old house and garage where they practised, and hearing some of the less heard stories, was a good show.
